Custom Products
Because our products are handcrafted and customized to your specifications, all sales are final. We work closely with clients during the design and production process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photographs of the defect or damage
- Include your order information and purchase details
- Wait for our approval before shipping the product back
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process a refund or replacement.
Shipping Costs
For defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Product Condition
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging when applicable. Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.
